We had a great happy hour chat yesterday with special guest Allison Gill. I decided to try out something new and record part of our discussion (which I don’t normally do — let me know your thoughts!). We discussed out hot takes from the recent SCOTUS decision (find my immediate write up from yesterday here, in case you missed it), some debate on whether we’d even be here right now if Merrick Garland had gotten things started earlier, and possible seeds for a conspiracy theory about John Roberts that we think could take off in MAGA world.
