FISA is too restrictive, not allowing keyword searches such as "bomb". This gives analysts too big a haystack to manually search through for the needle. Our foreign adversaries can spy on our encrypted data because they have spyware (Chinese apps for GPS, etc) on our phones that look at our conversations/data after it's decrypted. The Apple store is a real minefield of mislabeled apps and even printer drivers that charge you $15 a month. It makes Google play look safer.
