I am holed up in Vermont to get some writing done over Spring Break (and to finish my taxes — trying not to think about the fact that this is basically a transfer into billionaires’ pockets)…but we had a great happy hour yesterday afternoon with Professor Mark Copelovitch, Professor of Public Policy and International Relations at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
I’m testing out some new formats so I decided to record the first half hour and then open up the second for questions.
