Yeah God Asha …when this news broke late Thursday afternoon I was floored. Just couldn’t believe it yet I could believe it for all the history you cite. I remember well the day trump appeared in the Oval Office with Putin’s ambassador to the USA Sergey Kislyak (remember him? Dictionary definition of smarmy) . Tv cameras picked up something trump was showing to Kislyak later determined to reflect something classified that another country had given to the Americans trusting it would be kept secret. Later that day it turned out the trump White House kept the meeting secret and did not invite the US press to attend the joint press appearance of trump and Kislyak. But guess which nation’s press WAS invited? Russia. You guessed right, my most highly respected Professor. Trump favoring Russia this whole time I’ve been watching him (since 2015) makes me sick. I guess the one positive is I was Introduced as a watcher of tv to you and Samantha, Phil Mudd, and the smart former NSA Attorney on Nat Sec (I forget her name). We’re really in the soup and (just my opinion ) need to Geld Putin in such a way we have delivered a politically terminal blow. Should be easy, not.
I've been adamant' for a while now about Trump's conduct while serving as the U.S. President' as is' coming to the surface now' that Trump is nothing but a con-man that's 'Duped', the U.S. Public' 'why' because Trump work out long ago that America's National Security Secrets was his personal 'Cash-Cow' to fall back on when his business ventures failed, that's why he's desperate to get back into Public office' America's National Security Secrets are Trump's Trillion Dollar source of endless finances' but hey why listen to me' I'm just the Crazy Guy from the UK 🇬🇧 🤓
The nukes on subs stuff, I don’t see as a huge deal. Remember Tom Clancy, “The Hunt for Red October” by sub drivers was considered ultra realistic. A Virginia-Class attack sub can kill a Russian Yasen-class attack sub undetected. I would hope so.
A bigger question, Can US subs kill Chinese Jin Class undetected.

I follow the subject of Dr bandy Lee who is one of the preeminent psychiatrist that predicted the dangerous malevolence of a pathologically sick candidate Trump. She has been sounding the warning about the nuclear saber rattling. And indicated that this emergency test was in response to Putin's nuclear war preparedness exercises. What do we know of the situation of our military actively wargaming world war 3 with China or a nuclear war? I can't imagine Dr Lee is delusional!?

I’m listening to “Laziness Does Not Exist” for self help now which was recommended by long distance yoga teacher I really like Lizzie Lasater,. It’s a counter argument to our achievement and work centered culture. Also using “Trident Mindset” app for mental toughness, recommended by foot and ankle surgeon whose been helping me with issues. Have just started using “Bullet Journal” for organizing ideas and though I have not read the book I watched a few free videos to het started.
I need a few doses of literary fiction for a while, always. I like to mix the heavy up with the light reading and time is always limited.
