No Trump or member of the MAGA cult scam will ever set foot in the WH ever again!

You originally gave us the term “loose Cannon” for her, and she is certainly living up to it. Thank you for making some kind of sense out of nonsense.

How does Judge Cannon keep getting away with her obviously Trump favored rulings? Is anyone ever call her hand?

Judge Cannon is in the bag for Trump and everyone in America knows it and can't do a damn thing about it because federal judges are unelected and unanswerable.

As always, excellent coverage, Asha, thank you. It's impossible to keep up on developments unless one gets reliable sources such as yourself to provide news and informed analysis. I had been trying to give Cannon the benefit of the doubt, but I've long gotten to the point of "enough". Too much playing "footsie" with the defendent under the table. I'd really like the DOJ take a hardline approach on this nonsense. MAGA world is like Putin's Russia, constantly pushing the limits, and unfortunately, sometimes Democrat's sense of decency gives these groups permission. As I have said before, I am very disappointed with Merrick Garland. It matters not one whit to bend over backwards trying to be excessively scrupulous for the DOJ to appear impartial. All that matters is that it IS impartial, follows the law, and if this rookie judge is loading bricks from her robe onto the scale, she MUST go. MAGA world wouldn't believe Jesus Christ, the savior that they profess to worship, appeared and explained the truth. The "truth" is what they want to believe. To quote Jack Nicholson from the film "A Few Good Men" (which I have never seen, but saw the advertisement repeatedly), "You want the truth? You want the truth? You can't handle the truth."

In my opinion, the reason why Judge Canon wants jury instructions is because she doesn’t even know the law.

"... so many people my age (under 50) receive cancer diagnoses in the past several years. It appears to be a trend. :("

First, most sorry to hear of your (Asha's) diagnosis; I hope that the cancer was successfully dealt with and that you are charging onward in good health.

If cancer among young (<50 years) women is a trend, it's one that began in 1994, if not earlier. That's the year in which my wife was first diagnosed, at age 47. The doctors never pinpointed the cause, but suspicions were that the estrogen she took during menopause was the culprit.

Unfortunately, after four years of surgery and treatments, my wife was rediagnosed; the cancer was found to have metastasized. Despite all further treatments and efforts, she succumbed in 2002. Mercifully, the final stage was brief, about two months. In her case, it is true that only the good die young.

I know I'm super late commenting but there was a lot here I enjoyed....I think this "It's Complicated" was one of my favorite episodes so far. I appreciate all the insight on "loose Cannon", on the actual law, and the normal procedure for both judges and real estate developers in this situation. I'm now rooting for the "very disconcerting" Judge Merchan, he's our best hope and we need the T-shirt NOW! Also excited about Thursday with Barb McQuade.

I fortunately have only dealt with skin cancer so far. Almost certainly brought on by poor lifestyle choices when I was younger. Just an opinion ofc but I keep thinking it's our food. Every single food source has been corrupted. The only connection I can think of. Because it's something each and every one of us do. We eat.

You need a paid rate for retired people. Best if do it through AARP.

There is a strong association between increased stress, immunosuppression, inflammation, and cancer. Yes, I think this is a trend, a "side effect" if you will of the crazy that Trump and the pandemic have brought us.
