I think most people assume federal judicial appointments actually consider qualifications and experience. But I'm pretty sure Leonard Leo's list of qualifications was fairly short.

Wouldn't making a legal ruling so contrary to the law be grounds for disbarment, especially after the law has been pointed out to thoroughly? Even if it lets trump off. Can a disbarred lawyer continue to be a judge in Federal Court? If the answer to the first is 'yes' and the second is "no" shouldn't a little dicky bird whisper to her what refusing to decide now might do to her career? A disbarred lawyer is never going to get appointed to a higher court.
No principal players were attached to the title of "Dumb and Dumber", but I nominate T**** as "Dumb" because of selfish actions that not only undermine others (and the country), but ultimately get him nowhere....the proverbial "fool's errand" as he tries to make money. "Dumber" is Judge Cannon for blindly following her master and not justice, while also maintaining great faith in her legal knowledge when she has minimal experience. ....and regarding the car repo man / subprime loan lender in California who peeled off some bucks to help a down-on-his-luck former President, thank goodness that AG James is demanding more information and requirements from this individual. He's a solid financial institution on which the State of New York can rely "if" (when!!!!!) its time for the golden boy / legend in his own mind T**** to cough up the loot for his misdeeds.
