Welcome back Professor... looking forward to 7-26. BTW, I purchased Laboratories of Autocracy after David Pepper visited our class and I must say it’s a very easy read, a compelling read, very tough to put down.. Thanks for having Mr. Pepper as a guest.
I guess the point is that even if Trump loses the election AGAIN, he wins because he will have delayed the process. Even if he loses again, his cult will never accept the results as legitimate since the "radical leftists" will do anything to prevent Trump from regaining the position. Our only hope is that somehow, he can be convicted of insurrection and the 14th Amendment invoked to prevent him from holding office.
Asha, welcome back to this side of the “pond.” Two comments... After RFK Jr’s moronic, racist claims that Covid was “designed” to spare Chinese and Jews, some on Twitter suggest he’d make a great Trump running mate. Second, can’t wait for MICHAEL COHEN on Wine & Fries. Going to be hilarious! Please schedule this on the weekend for those of us working M-F. Thank you!!
..<><>.. Happy You had an enjoyable and hopefully an exciting journey Ms.Asha! Next month I recall "The Green" in New Haven livens up with weekend Concerts and multi colored blanket's topped with picnic baskets an a blissful audience! @AshaRangappa 🌹👣🦖
I'm hoping Trump eventually gets held accountable by a jury of his peers. That said, everyone who cares about democracy better plan on showing up next November.
Of course, the notion a draft-dodger who loses reelection and underperforms during the next midterms is some kind of alpha political genius is something straight out of the DC Universe.
Glad to see your analysis of the affirmative action decision. Us lawyers (well, the not retired ones) will just have to get our distinguishing caps on. Some of the dishonesty in some of the opinions (here's looking at you, Bremerton Coach) is actually going to make that fairly easy.
What Garland will do about this:
I was in Ireland for 9 days of no news from the US, it was glorious. My favorite place! Welcome back.
Welcome back. Really missed your insights and analysis. It seems you were gone for months. I’m sure it felt to you like minutes. Hope it was good R&R.

You didn’t "call[] it here first." We've known this all the time.
Good for you! You should start your own Substack!
What is the date of the Beverly Gage Zoom?
Oops sorry! July 26. Will update post
