Since posting this note I have read the relevant parts of the presidential records act, and I am baffled by the court's response to Judicial Watch, regarding the Clinton tapes. Why did they imply that it was up to Clinton to determine whether his tapes were personal or official? The PRA defines its terms, and Clinton's opinion in the matter appears to me to be irrelevant. But thanks to that decision, Trump seems to think it's up to him to decide what is official and what is not.

It’s reported now that a DOJ letter to jim Jordan denying his request for sensitive information that the Special Counsel Jack Smith office has employed about 26 special agents looking into the current investigation on trump willfully retaining government documents. Does the number 26 reflect anything like “large” or “small” number of Special Age ts? Also, the term “Special Agent”? What is the order in the FBI, agent, then Special Agent? Thank you. Thank you. The indictment NEVER mentions " Presidential Records Act" .. Yet that is all you hear in his lies.
